Two Years of Working Together: A Customer Factory Visit Before the Journey Home

On 30 October 2026, SANYE welcomed an accessory customer with whom it has worked for two years. In China for the Canton Fair, the customer set aside 40 minutes to visit the factory before returning home.

From mould development to delivery

The visit covered seven stages of accessory production: mould development, die-casting, grinding and polishing, plating and surface finishing, quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA), packaging, and delivery arrangements.

Walking through the workshop and looking at equipment and components gave everyday conversations about products and production a more concrete reference. It also created an opportunity to discuss the process face to face with the SANYE team.

An interest in crochet beyond accessories

The customer also expressed interest in crochet products, adding another product category to the conversation alongside the accessory business on which the two-year relationship has been based.
